We have best in class HPDC Machines which we utilize to produce castings for various industry domains like automotive, petroleum, and electrical. Our setup has the ability to produce castings with intricate shapes and personalized specifications ranging from 100 gm to 2 Kg.

We have a specialized machine setup for relatively smaller Gravity Die Castings which enables us to make intricate castings for the automotive and petroleum industry. These parts have a delicate core to create water jacketing inside the casting.
Tubular Parts

We manufacture precision turned and formed tubes for various purpose as automotive suspension, shock absorption and starter motor bodies made of steel tubes. Special forming operations like squeezing and flaring are also carried out by us to achieve required dimensions and fitment.
Forged Parts
Forged Parts
We manufacture drive shaft forgings for viscous clutch applications; through screw forging we make sure that there is minimum machining on the forgings so that they can maintain their strength. These forgings are precision machined and zinc plated to prevent rusting.
